Shipping & Delivery
UK Delivery
All parcels that weigh more than 1100g are sent via Interlink Express on a SAME DAY DISPATCH/NEXT DAY ARRIVAL* basis (if ordered before 2.30pm) which makes it far easier to arrange for someone to be at home to sign for your parcel as compared to the guesstimate most of our competitors provide of between 2-5 days delivery. Items that weigh less than 1100g will be sent via Royal Mail recorded 1st class delivery which usually arrive next day BUT can take between 1-4 working days to arrive.
Our delivery charges are:
- Free delivery- if you spend over £80
- Just £2.99- if you spend below £80
On the day of delivery all customers (whose have been sent via Interlink Express) will receive an e-mail which will state a 1 hour window of delivery in which Interlink Express will attempt delivery. This means no more waiting around all day for your parcel.
We believe a one off charge for delivery is better for our customers overall. Our competitors who offer free delivery just incorporate their delivery charges into the cost of the product, so customers buying more than one product are essentially paying two delivery charges. Whatsmore you'll notice that even if you do incur our delivery charge (remember orders over £80 are sent free for next day delivery) we're still alot cheaper than the competition. With your support we hope to reduce prices further!
You can have your parcel sent to a work address if this is more convenient, although this may require us to carryout further checks to ensure no fraudulent activity is taking place.
Please note that Interlink will attempt delivery 3 times after which the item will be returned to us. If this happens then we can either refund your money less £12 to cover our shipping/transaction costs or resend back out to yourselves at an address of your choice for £5. Their are NO exceptions to this policy.
* Deliveries are made Mon-Fri. Orders received after 3.00pm on Friday will most likely be despatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday (although we will try our best to get these orders despatched on Friday).
Deliveries to Northern Ireland (£4-£10 surcharge applicable, though totally free on orders over £150) and the Scottish Highlands (£3-£8 surcharge applicable) can take upto 5 working days, though usually delivered by the second day.
International Delivery to Europe
For any international shipping queries, please contact us and we'll get back to you with any and all information you need. Orders over £250 are delivered free of charge to mainland Europe!

- Returns
All items must be returned unopened and undamaged and please inform us before returning any goods.
As part of the UK's Distance selling regulations you have the right to return any items within seven working days (beginning the day after you receive the items) for a refund. You must however return the items in an unopened and unused condition and returns are made at your own cost. Please contact us before returning items to complete a claim and ensure your refund is processed correctly. Reasonable shipping and handling fees may be deducted from a refund.
Important! Please note that items that are opened or partially used cannot be returned for a refund.
This regulation does not apply to international orders.

We also accept cheques, which should be made payable to 'Ambro Health Ltd'. Please bear in mind that we cannot dispatch an order until cheques have cleared. We do not accept cash.
While we try and ensure that all prices are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of continuing with your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.
All prices include VAT at the applicable current rates.
Open An account
By opening up an account with our site you can save all your delivery details and make it easier for us to contact you about your orders. You can create an account with a private password and maintain this account through the site. Once signed up you can place new orders, re-order favourite items, rate and review items as well as receive special offers, unique discount schemes and enter competitions. You can open an account when checking out. If you need help opening an account then feel free to contact us.
Out Of Stock
Should we run out of a certain item then the website will instantly be updated and show that product as being 'out of stock'. If a particular flavour of a certain product runs out then that flavour will immediately be removed from the flavours drop down box, leaving only available flavours. We do this as we'd rather not take your hard earned money for orders which we can't fulfill immediately. We want you to know that when you order from us you get what you expect, when you expect.
We aim to have all out of stock items available again within 3-4 days.
Multi-Buy
Many of our products are available at further discounted rates if you buy more than one of that item. The discounted prices are visable on the individual product pages. You may choose any flavour (if applicable) or combination of flavours within that product. The system will automatically apply the discount to your shopping cart.
